About the role:

As the Stores Administrator, you’ll play a central role in supporting overall brewery operations for the site. Reporting to the Stores Operations Team lead, you’ll support & oversee our spare parts inventory. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing inventory & materials related to spare parts by conducting cycle counts, receiving goods & picking stock within 5S standards.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Recording & maintaining accurate data related to spare part materials purchases & delivery information.
  • Assisting with stock disposal & reviewing min – max stock levels.

From barley to bar, our Supply Chain produces high-quality beers and ciders, prioritising safety, sustainability and innovation to keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll be based in the Stores Operations team specifically in our Tadcaster site, supporting the smooth running of production by helping to manage stock, maintain reliable supply processes, and keep information accurate across the department.

  • Previous experience within Inventory Management, Procurement or Supply Chain.
  • Consolidated knowledge of spare parts and best practices for continuous improvement initiatives (desirable).
  • Utilisation of SAP software such as Maximo or similar – desirable not essential.
  • Forklift truck license with experience in handling materials is desirable but not mandatory.
