Shift pattern: Days only – Monday to Friday. As a Site Administrator at Ledbury, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our Milling and Orcharding operations. You’ll also be the first point of contact for site enquiries, keeping communication clear across departments and ensuring day-to-day administration is handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Key Duties
- Acting as the central point of contact for site enquiries, facilitating communication between departments.
- Raising and processing purchase requisitions, ensuring payment of all invoices, and liaising with managers to monitor payments and purchases.
- Administering the time and attendance system, working closely with people managers to ensure consistency.
- Supporting document control and records management to ensure compliance, including GDPR.
- Organising occupational health surveillance for the Orcharding and Mill teams.
- Providing general administration support – maintaining postal lists, managing mail shots, ensuring vehicles remain legally compliant, and keeping records up to date.
- Coordinating meetings, briefings, and departmental events, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and arranging venues, refreshments, stationery, and resources.
Who we’re looking for
- We’re looking for an organised and detail‑oriented individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once whilst working confidently in a proactive manner.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
