What\’s the role?
As a Shift Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of driving our brewing operations to meet key performance targets. Safety will always come first-you\’ll champion our Zero Accident Culture by leading with vigilance and setting the standard for others to follow.
With a passion for quality, you\’ll empower your team by ensuring they\’re equipped with the skills to perform quality assurance and control checks with precision. You\’ll energize Daily Control System meetings and make handovers seamless and effective.
Eager to learn, you\’ll dive deep into understanding your role and its place within the broader Heineken supply chain. This insight will enable you to make a meaningful impact on operational performance by keeping raw material and product losses to a minimum and managing stock levels with accuracy-all while improving our financial outcomes.
