Shift Engineer - Canning
Salary: £51,326 (inclusive of shift allowance) with benefits listed below.
Shift Pattern: 3 shift pattern (12 hour shifts), rotating Days & Nights covering Monday am to Saturday am with occasional Saturday day shifts.

What are we looking for?
We\'re looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer to work in our packaging departments; where we support the production of approximately 4.2 mhl per year brewing and packaging some of the nation\'s favourite brands, so we need to make sure our machinery is in top condition!
Our Engineers perform corrective maintenance and support our operators to ensure safe, efficient, and timely recoveries from any plant stoppages in order to minimise lost time and optimise performance.
On top of being passionate about your job and able to work in a fast - paced environment, you\'ll ideally have the following:
  • Necessary qualifications such as a near/full completion of an Apprenticeship, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (HND or NVQ Level 3) OR time served as a Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias).
  • Previous experience working in a similar highly - automated and safety critical manufacturing site
  • Previous experience in planned maintenance techniques and Computerised Maintenance Management systems,
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously
