Customer Support Executive - Star Pubs (12 Month FTC)
Salary: £26,000 per annum and above, depending on experience; full list of benefits.
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract.

About the role
Reporting to the Pub Operations Team Lead, you will support the team of nine by delivering high‑quality administrative assistance for the Star Pubs estate. Manage key data for the Change of Lessee process using the Lease Management System, including validation and reclaim of liabilities with suppliers and local authorities. Own regional mailboxes, ensuring all responses are handled within the established SLA. Assist with the simplification of the Change of Lessee workflow, identifying and resolving blockers.
