Trading Area & Facilities
The Plough has an olde worlde traditional feel. A charming fireplace in the front room creates a nice cosy feel. A central bar services two rooms in the pub making it an easy to run operation, the two distinct trading areas lend themselves to a flexible trading style. The rear of the pub benefits from a lovely beer garden that can be enjoyed by all and has the space to host events boosting trade in the warmer months. The car park can cater for up to 14 cars.
Popular Community Pub
In the densely populated, old industrialised market town Oldbury is where you will find The Plough. With almost 5,000 adults within a 10 minute walk to the pub and close to the neighbouring shops and amenities, the pub also benefits from passing trade. The Plough is always popular with regulars and locals enjoying live sports, pub games and live music. Alongside the wide drinks range including cask ales and hot coffees, there is something for everyone.
The Plough is a 100% drinks led business and has an established programme of weekly events. While there is no catering kitchen on site, an opportunity does exist to introduce a simple snack offer. The new operator will continue to drive the business forward.
