£125,000 Investment at Canalside Pub
The Navigation Inn is a quaint little pub that boasts an established cask ale trade.
It has plenty of local transport links and access to the canal tourism in the area.
The pub is full of character and offers visitors a peaceful hideaway from the hustle and bustle in the streets above.
We are now planning an investment at the pub to give it a much needed refresh and allow for a more robust food offer.
Our investment will cover all trading areas of the pub, including the two beer gardens.
The next operator of The Navigation should drive food and cask ale throughout the year, utilise it's snug area for functions and exploit its fantastic beer garden in the summer months.
Ambitious Operator Wanted
We are keen to partner with an operator who is focused on delivering a great food offer.
They will have the imagination and drive to make the most of the pub's outdoor space.
Ideally, they will have ties to the local area.
Apply now to find out more about this investment and book yourself in for an interview with our Recruitment Manager.
Private Accommodation
Private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large loft space.
Where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars ‘Ready to Trade’ promise.
