About the role
There are around 13 colleagues in the Compliance and Real Estate Team, a small close-knit high performing team. This role is a Real Estate Administrator (also known internally as a Real Estate Coordinator) within the Star Pubs function. You will provide specialist administrative assistance to the Estates team with focus on adherence to the Pubs Code and related regulations, including landlord and tenant legislation.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing leases and related documents under tight timescales
- Maintaining accurate systems and trackers
- Prioritising multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment
The role offers development opportunities with diverse stakeholders and exposure to regulated industry processes and ad hoc projects.
Who we're looking for
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a team player attitude, and a positive can-do mindset. They thrive in fast-paced settings, can prioritise effectively, and have a keen eye for detail. Experience or familiarity with leases, lease events and property documents is beneficial, but not essential. A background in real estate or property is advantageous.
