Well established community local with great outside trading areas.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Doverdale Arms is well maintained and in good order throughout. The pub is a two-bar trading area.

It has a bright and open feel with ample seating throughout.

There is a small kitchen on site but this is currently not in use. Star Pubs & Bars are not looking to invest in the kitchen.

Externally the pub has two large outside trading areas and has parking for around 15 cars.

The Doverdale Ams is a well maintained prominent building situated in a residential housing estate.

With almost 9000 adults living within a 20-minute walk, this is an ideal location for your local pub.

This well established welcoming pub is currently a wet lead site offering a great selection of drinks.

There is the potential to introduce food to the pub, however, this would be an operator investment on the kitchen area.

The darts and pool area along with the Live Sports events are very popular with locals looking to meet with friends.

The Pub has two large outside trading areas to the front and side ideal to relax in on a warm summer's day.

The outside areas provide a perfect opportunity for entertainment like family fun days.
