About the role
Reporting to the Logistics Key Account Manager, this role offers a strong platform to build on your existing operational and administrative skills while developing new capabilities within Heineken UK’s Exports function. You’ll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of our order‑to‑delivery processes, working closely with internal teams across Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, and our Warehouse colleagues. This position is central to ensuring that our logistics operations run efficiently. You’ll manage a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately, routed effectively, and delivered in line with our internal service standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for ensuring orders are allocated to delivery routes that optimise cost and efficiency, resolving delivery‑related issues within 48 hours by engaging the appropriate internal contacts, and supporting the achievement of our “On Time In Full” service target of 95.0% or above. You’ll follow established processes and logistics standards to maintain consistency and operational excellence.
About You
To be a success in this role you’ll be able to pull on previous experience in a Logistics and or Customer Service role, drawing on your problem solving and fast‑paced working skills. As well as a positive attitude, the ideal candidate may have:
- Great stakeholder management for Internal and External customers
- Previous Logistics and Export knowledge / experience would be beneficial
