Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Customer Development Manager (CDM) to join our field sales team covering the London & South East London region. Whether you’re working in FMCG, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment, if you’ve got commercial experience and a passion for working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role: As one of HEINEKEN’s CDM's, you’ll be responsible for growing HEINEKEN’s presence across a variety of outlets - from community locals to trendsetting bars you’ll work closely with customers to boost brand visibility and commercial performance. You’ll develop strategic plans that drive mutual value, ensure our products are in the right places at the right times, and help customers bring our brands to life. You’ll also align with major marketing activations; from Champions League and Rugby Champions Cup to UEFA Women’s Euros and Formula 1.
So, what will you be doing? Here are some of the key accountabilities:
- Deliver on Volume, Revenue, Profit and Market Share targets.
- Negotiating and executing Commercial Agreements.
- Offering insight-driven category and ranging advice.
- Understanding customer P&Ls and supporting business growth.
- Strengthening HEINEKEN’s presence in the London and South East London region.
Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with commercial drive, strong relationship-building skills, and the curiosity to learn and grow. You don’t need to come from an identical role; if you’ve built experience in sales, account management, or business development in any industry, you could be a great fit.
We’re keen to hear from people who:
- Have frontline sales or commercial experience.
- Are comfortable with numbers, pricing, and P&Ls.
- Know how to build lasting customer relationships.
