Trading Area & Facilities
The Cuckoo Bush is a traditional two-room operation. The pub has a conventional appearance with mahogany tables and chairs and a built-in fireplace. These features, as well as the exposed beam ceilings, give the pub a familiar and homely vibe, one that customers will be keen to visit frequently. Externally, there is a large beer garden with room for circa 20 benches on a lovely grass lawn that is surrounded by greenery and plantings. There is also a large car park to the side of the pub.

The Cuckoo Bush is based in the village of Gotham, ten minutes from Junction 24 of the M1 in Nottinghamshire, where it is very much at the heart of the community. There are only two other pubs giving the right operator a great opportunity to have the best pub in the area. There’s a large number of new homes being built nearby, giving the pub hundreds of potential new customers. The pub will benefit greatly from having daytime and evening meals so a fantastic food offer will be a great asset to the site. Locals will be attracted to a familiar and family-friendly atmosphere.
