Job Description

Refurbishment planned to transform this well-established pub on a busy high street. Great opportunity to develop the food offer and attract new customers.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Cottage Inn has a J shaped large trading area with traditional well-maintained features throughout.

The pub has seating capacity for circa 80 covers including an allocated dining area, which can be used for private dining and will accommodate approximately 20 people.

The pub also benefits from a separate upstairs seating area for circa 30 people.

There is a central bar servery situated on the main trading floor.

Outside the pub, there is a small trading area with bench-style seating and a car park to the rear for around 20 cars.
