Located in the heart of this Georgian town near the Lake District, this pub is full of opportunity for the right operator.
Trading Area & Facilities

Two soft seated areas for casual drinks and dining and a designated sports area to the back, equipped with a pool table.
Externally, the pub has a dominating curb appeal on a busy main street.

This pub is a well-known community local in a small market town, home to Jennings Brewery.
The Brown Cow is popular with both tourists and locals alike due to its prime position on the busy main street.
The pub is currently 100% wet-led, however, with a full catering kitchen, there is a great opportunity to introduce a food offer.

Star Pubs & Bars are happy to partner with a first-time operator, as this site makes for a great starter pub.
Catering and hospitality experience is essential to launch this wet-led pub into a community local.
