Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the running of high-speed packaging machinery efficiently, effectively and safely.
- Performing quality checks and taking swift corrective actions.
- Managing stock levels accurately using SAP.
- Using process knowledge to identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
- Actively contributing to a Zero Accident Culture by delivering high standards of cleanliness and reliability.
- Delivering First Time Right (FTR) on quality and process.
- Helping drive continuous improvement through our Total Productive Management (TPM) programme.
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Maths & English GCSE’s.
- Good understanding of IT systems.
- Previous packaging experience preferred (not essential).
- Passion to learn.
