The Technical Operator supports our high-speed packaging line, maintaining machine reliability, safety and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the running of high-speed packaging machinery efficiently, effectively and safely.
  • Performing quality checks and taking swift corrective actions.
  • Managing stock levels accurately using SAP.
  • Using process knowledge to identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
  • Actively contributing to a Zero Accident Culture by delivering high standards of cleanliness and reliability.
  • Delivering First Time Right (FTR) on quality and process.
  • Helping drive continuous improvement through our Total Productive Management (TPM) programme.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Maths & English GCSE’s.
  • Good understanding of IT systems.
  • Previous packaging experience preferred (not essential).
  • Passion to learn.
