HEINEKEN UK is seeking a Senior Food Development Manager to lead the food strategy across our JAT estate from a field-based position, reporting to the Retail Director. You will shape menus, pricing and profit strategies to optimise performance across pubs and operators.
You will lead a small team and collaborate with Retail, Operations, Property, Finance, Procurement and Supplier Management to deliver compelling food offers and long-term value.
