HEINEKEN UK is seeking a Customer Development Director for Scotland.

The role is field-based with a £90,000 base salary plus a 15% benefits allowance and full benefits.

It is a permanent position with a closing date of 30 July 2026, and interviews planned for w/c 10 August 2026.

You will lead a team of 11 across Key Account, Business Development and Customer Development, shaping regional strategy and ensuring strong commercial execution across Direct, Indirect, and leased channels.
