About the role
Reporting to the Customer Development Director, this role covers South Wales from the West of Cardiff to West Coast Wales and extends north to Mid Wales. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop a profitable market share, increase brand availability and appeal to consumers, and drive incremental net distribution while retaining the current brand footprint.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritising calls to strategically important accounts and focusing time where maximum impact can be achieved.
- Selling our iconic brand propositions to outlet decision‑makers with passion and ensuring alignment with outlet type and brand positioning.
- Identifying appropriate outlets for marketing activity and delivering brilliant execution of promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.
- Appetite to learn and grow; experience delivering against targets.
- Brand selling experience in the hospitality or related industry.
- Commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
- Social media literacy – knowledge of Instagram and other platforms to support customers and develop personal branding.
Driving licence requirement: A full UK driving licence is essential. The company will provide on‑road driver training during the first few months.
