As the nation's leading cider and beer company and the name behind a host of brilliant brands, we're looking for equal brilliant people to help us build a better future. There's so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we're looking for a detail-driven Real Estate Administrator to join the Property team.

About the role

There are around 13 colleagues in our Compliance and Real Estate Team, a small close-knit and high-performing group. This role will see you provide specialist administrative assistance to the Estates team, focusing on adherence to the Pubs Code, Regulatory 2016 and other governance, including complex landlord and tenant legislation.

The role requires drafting and understanding legal documentation such as leases and related events, so a Real Estate or Property background would be beneficial but not essential. Paperwork must be drafted within tight timescales with 100% accuracy, while systems and trackers are maintained and updated.

With high attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple activities, and prioritise effectively.

Working in Real Estate offers development opportunities, supporting diverse internal and external stakeholders, gaining experience in a regulated industry, and working on ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Great communication skills and a team-player attitude with a positive can-do mindset.
  • Experience providing administrative support in connection with leases, lease events and property documents is beneficial.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, handle multiple tasks, and interact confidently with stakeholders across Star Pubs, Heineken UK, and external suppliers.

Our Benefits

  • An annual bonus
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers! (low and no alcohol options available)
  • Comprehensive opportunities to develop - we've just launched our Star Skills Playbook, a comprehensive development programme for every role in Star Pubs.

We embrace diversity and celebrate a culture of belonging, ensuring fair and equal opportunities for all qualified candidates. If you need adjustments to support your application, for example, if you require information in different formats or have any accessibility issues, we're happy to review our processes - please feel free to get in touch.
