About the Role
Reporting into the On Trade Finance Controller, you will work closely with colleagues across Finance and Front Line Sales to ensure accurate management of our Indirect Customer process via Third Party Distributors (TPD). The main responsibilities of the role include ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of customer and distribution pricing and regular reviews of indirect customer data with our sales colleagues. You’ll develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to assist in the delivery of TPD data, analysis and reporting. You’ll also help maintain governance of HEINEKEN UK’s assets through supporting the On Trade Senior Finance Analyst in the preparation and review of the TPD Rebates balance sheet.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver thorough best‑in‑class reporting and insight to ensure transparency and understanding of performance within the year.
- Own the TPD balance sheet and ensure a rigorous control & review process is in place within the On Trade.
- Ensure all volumes, pricing and rebates are fully loaded into the system accurately and updated when necessary.
- Opportunity to coach the TPD finance assistant and work closely as part of the wider On Trade finance team.
- Collaborate internally with reporting, legal and tax teams to ensure internal policies are compliant with current legislation.
- Partner multiple stakeholders across the opco and shared service centres as a reliable subject matter expert on all things TPD.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to future‑proof processes for sustainable success.
About you
