Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient, effective and safe operation of high-speed packaging machinery.
- Perform quality checks and take swift corrective actions.
- Manage stock levels accurately using SAP.
- Use process knowledge to identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to a Zero Accident Culture by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and reliability.
- Deliver First-Time Right (FTR) on quality and process.
- Help drive continuous improvement through the Total Productive Management (TPM) programme.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications in Maths and English GCSEs.
- Good understanding of IT systems, including SAP.
- Previous packaging or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).
- Passion to learn and develop skills.
