About the role
As a Site Administrator at Ledbury, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our Milling and Orcharding operations. You’ll also be the first point of contact for site enquiries, keeping communication clear across departments and ensuring day-to-day administration is handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for site enquiries, facilitating communication between departments.
- Raise and process purchase requisitions, ensuring payment of all invoices, and liaise with managers to monitor payments and purchases.
- Administer the time and attendance system, working closely with people managers to ensure consistency.
- Support document control and records management to ensure compliance, including GDPR.
- Organise occupational health surveillance for the Orcharding and Mill teams.
- Provide general administration support – maintain postal lists, manage mail shots, ensure vehicles remain legally compliant, and keep records up to date.
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and departmental events, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and arranging venues, refreshments, stationery, and resources.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
