Reporting to the Senior Customer Manager, this role owns the relationship for some of our offâtrade customers. You will act as the frontâline representative and negotiator for these customers, and be responsible for driving the distribution, feature, and display of our fantastic portfolio of brands in both wholesale and independent retail, commercial support, reporting and customer insight. You'll visit our customers who are largely based in London and the South of England, so being able to travel at ease is a must! The core of this role is to create profitable commercial relationships with your customers that ultimately deliver customer and brand, volume, margin & distribution objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship for key offâtrade customers and act as frontâline representative.
- Negotiate, drive distribution, feature and display of our portfolio of brands in wholesale and independent retail.
- Provide commercial support, reporting and customer insight.
- Create and implement JVCA and promotional plans.
- Resolve queries that impact customers and act as first point of contact.
- Act as ambassador for Heineken throughout the endâtoâend journey with customers.
