The Business Manager is responsible for the operational, commercial, and administrative performance of all clinics. This senior leadership role ensures consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding client experience across all locations.
Leading Clinic Managers and Front-of-House teams, the Business Manager drives operational excellence, revenue growth, people performance, and strategic initiatives while safeguarding brand values and clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior operational leadership across all clinics, ensuring consistent service standards, efficient workflows, and brand excellence
- Implement and maintain SOPs across clinical and non-clinical operations, including scheduling, stock control, systems, and clinic presentation
- Own commercial performance across clinics, setting and monitoring revenue targets, KPIs, budgets, and cost controls
- Analyse financial and performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and Front-of-House teams, including recruitment, performance management, rota planning, and retention
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture aligned with brand values and clinical standards
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, health & safety, GDPR, and governance requirements, including audit oversight
- Partner with marketing and operations to optimise client journeys, conversion, VIP experiences, and brand reputation
- Manage escalated client feedback and complaints with professionalism and consistency
- Support strategic growth initiatives, including new clinic openings, service rollouts, and system improvements
- Drive continuous operational and commercial improvement through data-led decision-making
Requirements
- Proven senior operational or business management experience in multi-site environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development capability
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, or regulated service environments preferred
- Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and health & safety standards
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organised, data-driven, and solutions-focused
- Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations
