We’re obsessed with outcomes, not fluff — doing the work that actually moves the needle. Position Overview

As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are consistently available across all markets. You’ll help manage inventory, production planning, and supplier coordination across our global supply chain, working closely with teams across marketing, finance, operations, and external partners. This role offers meaningful responsibility and exposure early on, with the support of an experienced supply chain team. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, staying organised, and taking a thoughtful, structured approach to problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Availability & Inventory Management: Support the management of product availability across all SKUs and locations (UK, EU, and US). Monitor stock levels and help identify potential risks to availability. Review and maintain safety stock and reorder levels. Help balance availability with efficient inventory levels. Support initiatives to reduce slow‑moving and obsolete stock.
  • Planning & Data: Maintain weekly updates on sales, stock, availability, and lost sales. Assist in building monthly production plans in collaboration with manufacturers. Ensure master data is accurate, documented, and kept up to date. Support ad‑hoc analysis to help inform operational and commercial decisions.
  • Ordering, Production & Suppliers: Raise purchase orders and support supplier communication. Track deliveries and flag any delays or issues in a timely manner. Support free‑issuing of components and raw materials to manufacturers. Help ensure production timelines are met through clear coordination.
  • Distribution & Operations: Support stock transfers across the distribution network. Act as a key contact for warehouse, 3PL, and shipment‑related queries. Book in deliveries and help resolve discrepancies. Participate in regular operational check‑ins with warehouses and manufacturers.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to support promotions and launches. Partner with finance on forecasting and reporting activities. Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.

Who You Are

This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who is keen to learn, take ownership, and build strong fundamentals.

Must Have:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or a related role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to build and work with formulas.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Calm, thoughtful approach when working under pressure.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or fast‑growing brands.
  • Exposure to ERP or MRP systems.
  • Understanding of inventory management or demand planning.
  • Experience working with 3PLs or external manufacturers.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Work with a passionate team united by purpose and driven by results.
  • Be part of a values‑led culture that celebrates growth, simplicity, and excellence.
  • Shape how we build and scale one of the most exciting wellness brands in the UK.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Private Health and Dental Insurance
  • Life Insurance: Cover up to 4x salary
  • Wellness: £100/month to spend on whatever keeps you healthy - yoga, gym, ClassPass, therapy - your choice, your routine.
  • Development Budget: £100/month, totally self‑directed. Spend it on courses, books, subscriptions, coaching, or memberships - whatever best supports your role objectives (to be discussed with your manager).
