Heights Libraries is seeking a part-time Technology Associate for the Heights Knowledge and Innovation Center on Lee Road. You will assist customers in person and by phone with computer and technology questions, and help with scanners and office equipment.
The role requires a high school diploma, excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to switch between tasks. The lab hosts Windows and Mac OS systems and a multimedia lab.
