This is truly a once-in-an-eon opportunity for the smartest young folk across the globe. Rare is it that one of the world's fastest growing startups opens its ranks up to junior generalists to get on-the-job experience in a way that requires no priors. This program is not about whether you already know Growth, Product, Operations, etc. We do not care. What we care about is raw intelligence, judgment, and a bias toward building real things. The specific skills can be taught quickly. The underlying hardware cannot. Polish is irrelevant. Execution is not. If your instinct is to explain what you would do rather than to actually do it, you will struggle here.

Who We Are: Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible. We're a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we're growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

What You'll Do: Get hands-on experience across our departments, directly contributing to key projects. Within each department, you'll be on a general rotation across a few major functions. For example, for growth this includes, but is not limited to Lifecycle, Product, Marketing, Paid media, Organic. You'll report into the functional leaders and learn by doing, on the job. You'll be expected to learn the tools of the job as you go (e.g Meta ads manager, Braze for lifecycle, Omni/Amplitude for data, amongst other things). You'll often work cross-functionally.

What We're Looking For: You'll need to be impeccably sharp and omnitalented - context switching across multiple functions. You DON'T need any experience. That's a plus - what we're really looking for is the correct raw ingredients (intelligence / agency). You'll bear the existential weight of the company as much as the founders & early employees. If you're the right fit - you'll love every moment of it. Someone looking for uncapped growth. You don't want to be limited by yearly promotion programs and the general lameness of the corporate world. Your ability to win defines the gradient of your growth. You studied math/physics/chem deeply or are a gifted writer. It's a proxy for general raw ability.

The Way We Work: Build to Last - We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day. Own Your Practice - Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together. Move Fast, Stay Steady - We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make. Make Others Better - Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why You'll Flourish With Us: Real Impact - Work on a product that genuinely saves clinicians' time and improves patient care. Dedicated Mentorship - Learn from experienced engineers who are invested in your growth. Flexible Environment - A flexible, hybrid setup to help balance work and study. Career Growth - High-performing interns will be strongly considered for full-time graduate roles. A Great Team - Join a passionate, motivated, and friendly team building the future of healthcare. Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.
