Heidi UK is seeking a commercially focused GTM Operations lead to translate strategy into operating models for the UK and European markets. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance, plus Analytics and GTM Engineering, building models, processes and reporting that scale.

You will manage data flows across HubSpot, Databricks and Omni, own forecasting, pipeline, territory design, quotas and lifecycle handoffs, and drive adoption of standardised approaches.
