The Opportunity
Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider operational teams, you will be responsible for supporting transactional finance activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth running of finance processes across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
- Carrying out bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end processes
- Supporting payroll administration and subcontractor applications
- Assisting with VAT returns and maintaining accurate financial records
- Providing finance support across multiple areas of the business
- Building positive relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
