We are looking for an experienced Payroller to join a welcoming team in Carlisle, where you will be responsible for the full payroll process across a portfolio of varied clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-end processing of client payrolls (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) to tight deadlines.
- Managing your own client portfolio with accuracy and professionalism.
- Liaising with clients, HMRC, and internal teams to resolve payroll queries.
- Keeping payroll and CIS records updated and compliant.
- Preparing and submitting CIS returns.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Payroll experience is essential - ideally in a bureau or multi-client environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based payroll software is preferred (Brightpay or similar).
- Someone highly organised and capable of juggling priorities to meet deadlines.
- A team player with a professional, client-focused approach.
