Base pay range
Heidi Studio is the creative and technical heart of Heidi bakery—and a partner to a handful of experience-led clients across hospitality/retail. We sit above our central kitchen, turning brilliant food and experiences into campaigns, products and digital tools. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with designers, photographers, chefs and commercial leads, learning how tech, content and operations come together in a fast-growing, real-world environment.
The role
Help us power growth with smart, practical technology—across Heidi and selected client projects. You’ll turn data into useful insight, improve web experiences, ship small tools, stand up CRM foundations, and make marketing measurable—collaborating closely with creative and commercial teams.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain reliable dashboards and reports that teams actually use.
- Keep websites fast, trackable and tidy (WordPress or similar CMS; GA4, GTM, SEO basics).
- Set up and optimise PPC (Google/Microsoft/Meta) with clear measurement and simple test-and-learn plans.
- Stand up and maintain HubSpot CRM basics: forms, tracking, lifecycle stages, lists/segments, simple workflows, and data hygiene.
- Own UTM standards and conversion tracking across web, PPC and HubSpot; keep consent/GDPR in good order.
- Ship small internal tools and integrations (JS/TS, basic Python or Apps Script, simple APIs).
- Improve data quality (SQL joins, definitions, documentation) and automate the repetitive bits.
- Contribute to client projects: translate briefs into lightweight solutions, communicate progress, and iterate from feedback.
You’ll thrive here if you
- Are comfortable with GA4 + GTM (events, conversions, consent) and HubSpot (forms, lists, workflows).
- Communicate clearly, manage your time across multiple stakeholders, and take ideas → MVP → iterate.
- Care about outcomes: conversion, CPA/ROAS, speed, clarity, margin—not just the tech.
Nice to have: Looker Studio, Google Cloud (GCS/Functions), familiarity with Square/Deputy/Xero, basic email automation, and an eye for clean UI.
Types of things you’ll be working on
- A small set of trusted dashboards and a tidy tracking setup.
- PPC running with a simple testing cadence and clear learnings.
- HubSpot capturing quality leads with clean lifecycle stages and useful segments.
- 2–3 tools or automations saving meaningful time each week.
- Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and at least one client project shipped.
Why Heidi Studio
- Real ownership, quick feedback loops, and visible impact.
- Multi-disciplinary exposure (design, photography, culinary, commercial, client services).
- Training budget and a clear path to Product & Growth Engineer within 12–18 months.
- Great coffee and pastry perks—naturally.
