Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
- Execute collection uploads including imagery, descriptions, pricing, SEO, alt text, and metafields
- Maintain accurate product tagging and collection structure for navigation and filtering
- Manage homepage modules, banners, seasonal content, and copy updates
- Support website QA to ensure a premium, luxury-standard experience
- Assist with launches, promotions, and site refreshes
- Support weekly trade reporting with insights and recommendations
CRM & Retention
- Manage day‑to‑day CRM operations across Klaviyo, Attentive, and Loyalty Lion
- Build, edit, and deploy campaigns and flows using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Create advanced segmentation across behaviour, lifecycle, product preference, geography, and spend
- Manage and optimise lifecycle journeys: welcome, abandon cart, post‑purchase, replenishment, win‑back, VIP, loyalty
- Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, engagement, and subscriber growth
- Provide ongoing customer insight and SCV analysis to inform retention and e‑commerce strategy
Clientelling & Customer Experience
- Support the implementation of a clientelling platform
- Build and maintain customer profiles, cohorts, and preference data
- Collaborate with retail, operations, and marketing to elevate personalised service for HNWI.
Digital Support & Reporting
- Assist with reporting across Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
- Ensure accurate UTM tracking and support landing page creation
- Support A/B testing across email, SMS, and on‑site content
- Work with the Head of Marketing to maintain luxury tone, visuals, and messaging
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years’ experience in digital, e‑commerce, or CRM (fashion/luxury preferred)
- Hands‑on with Klaviyo, Attentive, and loyalty platforms (Loyalty Lion a plus)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for email creative
- Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention
- Experience using and providing insight from a Single Customer View (SCV)
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Confident analytical skills using GA, Shopify Analytics, Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Strong written communication aligned to luxury brand tone
