Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible. We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Web Product Lead to lead the website as a product, accountable for its strategy, outcomes, and evolution over time. This role is about maximising business and user impact: improving conversion, engagement, clarity, and trust across the entire website. You’ll define what success looks like, set a clear roadmap, and continuously improve the site using data, experimentation, and fast feedback loops. The website is not a delivery project or a marketing asset alone — it’s a core part of the product experience, especially for users who haven’t signed up yet. Progress matters more than polish. You’ll prioritise learning, momentum, and measurable upside over perfect execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the website as a product
  • Treat the website as a first‑class product with clear goals, metrics, and trade‑offs
  • Define success across conversion, engagement, performance, reliability, and reach
  • Continuously reassess priorities based on impact, learning, and opportunity size
  • Define and evolve logged‑out product experiences
  • Shape how product value is experienced before signup
  • Identify opportunities to surface real functionality, feedback, or interaction earlier in the funnel
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to test and evolve these experiences quickly
  • Drive conversion, experimentation, and learning
  • Run a continuous experimentation program across acquisition, activation, and engagement
  • Form clear hypotheses and use quantitative and qualitative signals to evaluate them
  • Turn insights into compounding improvements across journeys and surfaces
  • Set direction across the full footprint
  • Maintain a clear, outcome‑driven roadmap spanning experiences, content systems, and foundations
  • Shape how content, product surfaces, and infrastructure work together without centralising ownership
  • Balance short‑term wins with step‑change opportunities
  • Make pragmatic calls on scope, sequencing, and trade‑offs
  • Use AI to increase leverage and speed
  • Accelerate experimentation through rapid generation and testing of variants
  • Continuously explore tools and workflows that materially increase output per person
  • Establish patterns, principles, and guardrails that allow others to safely contribute content and experiences
  • Reduce dependency on single individuals or teams
  • Ensure improvements can ship continuously without creating chaos or regressions
  • Partner with a small web squad
  • Work closely with engineers and a designer to deliver outcomes, not tickets
  • Keep priorities sharp and momentum high
  • Ensure discovery, delivery, and optimisation stay tightly connected
  • Maintain strong fundamentals
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, SEO, and reliability support product outcomes
  • Make thoughtful decisions about trade‑offs and debt in service of long‑term velocity
  • Preserve flexibility so the website can keep evolving

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading or shaping high‑impact websites in product‑led, ecommerce, or content‑driven environments
  • Direct involvement in driving conversion, engagement, or growth outcomes
  • Seniority matters less than judgment, accountability, and follow‑through
  • Strong intuition for user behaviour, grounded in data and evidence
  • Comfortable working with hypotheses, experiments, and imperfect information
  • Motivated by measurable impact rather than output
  • Ruthlessly prioritises what matters most
  • Biases toward shipping, learning, and iterating
  • Makes clear calls and moves things forward
  • Uses AI as part of everyday product workflows
  • Thinks in leverage, systems, and compounding efficiency
  • Curious and proactive about new tools and approaches
  • Technically fluent enough to make good product and prioritisation decisions
  • Strong appreciation for UX, design quality, and brand expression
  • Works effectively with engineers and designers without micromanagement

What success looks like

  • The website has a clear, outcome‑driven roadmap across its full footprint
  • Logged‑out experiences increasingly demonstrate real product value
  • Conversion, engagement, and throughput trend meaningfully upward
  • Experiments ship frequently and directly inform what comes next
  • More people can contribute safely and effectively
  • The website is continuously improving — never static, never "done"

The way we work

  • Build to Last: We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.
  • Own Your Practice: Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.
  • Move Fast, Stay Steady: We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.
  • Make Others Better: Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us

  • Flexible hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office.
  • A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum
  • Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team
  • Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win
  • The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of Australia’s leading healthtech startups
  • If you have an impact quickly, the opportunity to fast track your startup career!
