Who We Are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible. We're a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals, supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, driven, and proactive Commercial Associate to join our global expansion team! As a founding member of our operations in Italy, you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth to help us unlock the market. You’ll have real ownership across sales, partnerships, and operations, helping us win Italy by driving adoption, building relationships, and creating repeatable go-to-market systems. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong Italian communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be engaging healthcare stakeholders in Italy both virtually and in person - visiting hospitals, clinic groups, and medical practices to understand workflows, build trust, and demonstrate Heidi’s impact. A background in healthcare or a clinical discipline (medicine, nursing, or allied health) is highly valued, as it helps you communicate authentically with clinicians and decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Operate as a true generalist across sales, partnerships, business development, operations, and marketing.
- Own the local sales process, tailoring it to fit Heidi’s PLG and enterprise motion.
- Meet clinicians and healthcare leaders face-to-face, visiting hospitals and clinic groups to build trust, run demos, and understand clinical workflows firsthand.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine our brand, messaging, and on-the-ground strategy for the Italy market.
- Secure strategic partnerships with key players across the local healthcare ecosystem.
- Build and optimise internal processes to enable repeatable, scalable execution across sales and operations.
- Collect customer and market feedback to shape our playbook for Italy and inform broader commercial strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Impeccably sharp and analytical, able to break down complex problems with structure while thinking creatively.
- Acts like an owner - autonomous, accountable, and relentlessly outcome-oriented.
- Exceptional with customers - emotionally perceptive, articulate, and comfortable spending 50%+ of time in the field with clinicians and hospital leaders.
- Looking for uncapped growth - thrives where your ability to win defines your trajectory.
- Bonus - experience in healthcare, medicine, nursing, allied health, sales, operations, consulting, or as a founder is a strong plus, but not required.
- Clinician background or familiarity with hospital and practice workflows preferred.
- Languages: Must be able to speak and write Italian and English fluently.
- Attitude is more important than experience - if you are hungry, competitive, and motivated, with a knack for problem solving and relationship-building, we want to hear from you.
Why you will flourish with us
- Real product momentum. We’re not trying to generate interest, we’re channeling it.
- Equity from day one. When Heidi wins, you win. You’ll share directly in the success you help create.
- Unmatched impact. Play a pivotal role in defining and scaling customer success at a critical growth moment - all while working on a product that delivers tangible value to clinicians and patients every day.
- Work alongside world-class talent. Join a team of operators and builders who’ve scaled unicorns.
- Global reach. Help shape our international expansion as we bring Heidi to key international markets.
- Growth and balance. Enjoy a £500 personal development budget, dedicated wellness days, and your birthday off to recharge.
- Flexibility that works. A hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office.
Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants as we’re committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.
