The role is a Revenue Operations position designed for the AI-native era. The responsibilities include:

  • Running the regional revenue stack and maintaining HubSpot and adjacent tools (Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, enrichment, CPQ/CLM).
  • Configuring pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing, and workflows within global guardrails.
  • Being the in-time-zone point of contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance on system-related issues.
  • Supporting the MarOps side and backing up the field marketing team on automation and systems work behind campaigns.
  • Keeping data flowing cleanly between Marketing and Sales and ensuring effective handoffs.
  • Automating recurring manual work into AI-assisted workflows over time.
  • Maintaining data integrity, especially forecast data, through automated checks and basic discipline.
  • Govern lifecycle rules, territory logic, and field standards without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Documenting important changes and providing heads-up notifications before changes occur.
  • Collaborating with Global RevOps and GTM Engineering to flag successes and issues.

  • Strong CRM operator with confidence in pipelines, lifecycle, routing, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
  • AI-native mindset, using tools like Claude daily.
  • Tool-fluent across the GTM stack with working knowledge of relevant tools.
  • Systems thinker who understands the downstream effects of configuration changes.
  • Ownership of outcomes, caring about the system's effectiveness for the region.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and triage quickly.
  • Commercial bias, ensuring work contributes to pipeline movement.
  • Clear communicator who documents decisions simply and can engage with senior leaders.
