Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) for Ketton Cement Works. You will lead a team of Mechanical Craftsmen, coordinating maintenance activities to keep a major cement site safe, reliable and efficient.
You will report to the Mechanical Engineer with dotted-line to Maintenance Manager and be responsible for planning, safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering high plant performance.
