Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Doncaster, Melbourne. This multifaceted role serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer service while providing administrative and sales support to our Territory and Field Sales Management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
- Manage general reception and administrative duties, including planning, purchasing, and customer service tasks.
- Perform sales coordination activities, including SAP data management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Prepare tenders, quotations, and contract pricing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support, train, and mentor sales team members on process and system-based transactional activities.
You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, and/or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
