Are you an experienced operative with an FLT licence or willingness to train looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Packing Bay Operative to join our team at Padeswood, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient packing and dispatch of our products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating Arodo and Ventomatic packing machines safely and efficiently
- Carrying out first-line maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the Packing Bay
- Using a Forklift Truck (FLT) to unload plant deliveries and load outgoing wagons
- Supporting general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and KPIs
- Following all Heidelberg Materials UK processes to ensure safe working practices at all times

- Experience in a manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environment
- FLT licence (or willingness to train)
