Your Mission
Working closely with the Regional Commercial Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts across the Midlands—unlocking opportunities everywhere you look. Whether it’s growing share of wallet, reigniting lapsed relationships, or bringing new partners onboard our journey to a lower‑carbon future, you’ll be a driving force in our success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating, progressing, and converting new business leads in line with sales KPIs
- Managing and developing a portfolio of customers through regular, proactive contact
- Analysing business data and market intelligence to maximise opportunity coverage
- Using ABI and marketing insights to track projects and secure quoting opportunities
- Sharing cross‑selling opportunities with other business lines
- Following up quotations, negotiating pricing, and securing orders
- Managing customer accounts including terms, credit limits, and proactive communications
- Recording wins, losses, and tenders to build market insight
- Pricing work within set parameters, escalating as needed
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets agreed with the RCM
- Providing accurate, timely quotations
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintaining strong product knowledge
- Collaborating with field sales teams
- Ensuring accurate completion of new account setup processes
- Adhering to quality standards and all internal policies
