We enable new opportunities for our customers through digitalisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage RAP sales and production for the Contracting business. Secure contractors for RAP production with robust supply chain arrangements. Maximize reclaimed asphalt sourcing and operational opportunities for 34 Asphalt Plants, ensuring compliance with European standards and environmental legislation. Maximize selling price for surplus RAP to external customers. Source RAP and C&D Waste, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance. Maintain forecasts of RAP demand and supply, monitor stock levels. Contribute to KPI reporting on carbon and recycling figures. Procure additional RAP to meet demand at competitive rates. Develop RAP strategy including sources, contracting pipeline, logistics, and stock management. Collaborate with commercial teams on bids and tenders. Liaise with procurement, technical, commercial, operations, and supply chain teams. Ensure sourcing compliance through inspections, testing, and sampling. Achieve safety, cost, profit, quality, and service objectives. Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities. Provide leadership to motivate and develop the team. Maintain and support BI information, FP&A, and BLC data. Work with regional and national teams to maintain and improve business standards. Key Accountabilities: Develop operational plans to meet safety, profit, quality, and service goals. Provide monthly forecasts for costs and production. Implement benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives. Ensure a safe working environment. Manage performance issues related to productivity, costs, service, and quality. Review achievements and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, legal, and environmental policies. Lead and motivate the team effectively. Communicate expectations and results clearly. Address issues proactively and openly. Align RAP supply with sales profiles for maximum efficiency. Drive profit improvement through sourcing high-value RAP. Visit suppliers and conduct audits to ensure compliance. Manage quality standards and respond to site or customer concerns swiftly. Report on customer feedback and business performance.
