Purpose of the Role
Are you passionate about engineering, planning, and sustainability? We’re looking for an Engineering Co-Ordinator to lead and deliver maintenance planning functions that enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and energy performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring our site infrastructure operates at peak performance while supporting our sustainability goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Engineering Co-Ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our maintenance strategy, responsible for:
- Implementing planning functions aligned with Aggregates Management Handbook and company standards.
- Developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance plans using CMMS (CheckProof).
- Preparing annual maintenance budgets and supporting investment planning.
- Leading FMEA and assisting with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- Managing technical documentation, PM checklists, and spare parts strategies.
- Identifying and driving improvements in equipment reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborating with production, engineering, and stores teams to deliver results.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and engineering coordination.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
Education/Qualification
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Equivalent in mechanical field
- ONC
- HNC – preferred
