We’re looking for a motivated Plant Supervisor to play a key role in delivering top‑quality concrete production and outstanding customer service at our Outgang Lane site. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly—championing safety, supporting your team, and ensuring the site always makes a strong first impression.
As our Concrete Plant Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the site team to manage day‑to‑day production and workflow. You’ll ensure customer orders are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. You’ll also take ownership of site presentation—making sure the yard, plant and facilities are clean, organised and compliant, reflecting our commitment to excellence in everything we do.
