Senior Process Transformation Analyst
Location: Chipping Sodbury
The Heidelberg Materials (HM) International Business Service Centre (BSC) provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in‑scope HM companies. The Process Transformation Senior Analyst supports the delivery of transformation, re‑engineering and automation initiatives within the BSC, working under the guidance of a Process Transformation Manager or Senior Manager. The role contributes to the design, planning, coordination and delivery of smaller‑scale projects or workstreams, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope and objective‑aligned outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Process & Change Delivery
- Lead defined activities to gather and analyse information, data and evidence to inform process change.
- Own workstreams; facilitate workshops; manage artefacts and governance; maintain proactive stakeholder communication and coach analysis and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, support testing activities and contribute to creation of user and change materials.
- Ensure project outputs, documents and artefacts are accurately maintained, version‑controlled and stored in line with agreed standards and governance.
Project Delivery & Workstream Ownership
- Deliver assigned workstreams or discrete work within transformation initiatives with high degree of autonomy.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, trackers, action logs and delivery artefacts for owned activities.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of project plans, milestones, risks and reporting, highlighting dependencies and delivery impacts.
- Ensure project information is clear, accurate and consistently communicated in line with agreed ways of working.
Meeting Facilitation & Coordination
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops, including preparation of agendas, materials and structured outputs.
- Actively manage actions, follow up with owners and support resolution of delivery blockers.
- Coordinate inputs, data and materials across teams to support effective workshops, testing cycles and implementation activity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Act as key day‑to‑day transformation contact for stakeholders within assigned initiatives.
- Communicate progress, actions and updates clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, manage and escalated risks, issues and interdependencies to Transformation Managers as required.
- Build positive and collaborative relationships to support engagement and adoption of change.
Capability Development & Ways of Working
- Apply established project management and transformation practices consistently and effectively.
- Act as a role model for transformation ways of working, supporting colleagues through change using coaching techniques and structured problem‑solving.
- Support development of Transformation Coordinators through informal coaching, guidance and knowledge‑sharing.
- Actively seek feedback and development opportunities to continue building transformation capability and confidence.
