We are looking for an experienced Polish Speaking Team Leader to join our International BSC Transactions team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for processing invoices, purchase requisitions, and other key business transactions across multiple Heidelberg Materials countries.

As Team Leader, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and timely transaction processing while supporting, coaching, and developing a team of administrators and senior administrators.

You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, driving continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 10 employees processing high volumes of transactions.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with established procedures, training, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive a "right first time" culture.
  • Support employee development through coaching, training, performance management, and regular feedback.
  • Transaction Processing
  • Process and support the resolution of complex and non-standard transactions.
  • Apply strong knowledge of systems, policies, and end-to-end processes to ensure accurate outcomes.
  • Escalate and resolve issues where necessary to maintain service delivery standards.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide professional, timely, and meaningful responses to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build positive working relationships with stakeholders across Heidelberg Materials countries.
  • Ensure a customer-focused approach is embedded within the team.
  • Problem Solving
  • Investigate complex transaction issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Carry out root cause analysis and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support the resolution of service issues and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Subject Matter Expertise
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of relevant transaction processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for process guidance and support.
  • Deliver training and knowledge sharing across the wider team when required.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Support and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and projects.
