The Role

As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will support the delivery of accurate financial reporting while helping to drive continuous improvement across accounting processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, providing insight, resolving issues, and ensuring financial data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately post journals and uploads into ERP systems in a timely manner
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and addressing risks
  • Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
  • Apply accounting principles and sound judgement to resolve financial issues

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Develop strong knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems
  • Investigate non‑standard or complex transactions and recommend solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis on financial discrepancies and present clear outcomes

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly and effectively to accounting queries
  • Provide clear, accurate, and meaningful financial information to stakeholders
