What You’ll Be Doing
- Post journals and accounting uploads accurately into ERP systems
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and risk analysis
- Help deliver quarterly forecasts and annual budget processes
- Investigate and resolve accounting issues using sound judgement
- Analyse non-standard transactions and recommend solutions
- Carry out root cause analysis and provide meaningful resolutions
- Respond to finance and accounting queries in a professional and timely manner
- Develop expertise in accounting standards and finance systems
What We’re Looking For
- Previous finance or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience using ERP systems would be advantageous
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
- Studying towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA (desirable but not essential)
