What You’ll Do
- Manage land, property, mineral resources, and planning permissions within your area.
- Lead projects efficiently, ensuring cost discipline and compliance.
- Provide expert advice on planning, permitting, and land management.
- Represent Heidelberg Materials with external stakeholders and industry bodies.
- Maintain property information systems and support strategic transactions.
Essential
- BSc (Hons) or equivalent in property/mineral estates management or related discipline.
- Chartered Surveyor or equivalent professional qualification.
Desirable
- Experience in minerals/quarrying industry.
- Membership of the Institute of Quarrying.
- Project Management qualification.
