As a Fixed term contract 12 months Senior Recruitment / Early Talent Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment administration operations, supporting the administration lifecycle of hiring for our programme, for Higher Apprentice, Graduate schemes, Internships and Apprenticeships. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media & Advertising: Promote opportunities across platforms like LinkedIn, Universities and job boards, ensuring alignment with our brand and business goals.
  • Assessment Centre Support: Help coordinate and manage engaging and effective assessment centres for early talent programmes.
  • Candidate Engagement: Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for candidates—providing updates, feedback, and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Assist with job offers, addressing candidate queries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Recruitment Admin & Reporting: Provide comprehensive administrative support, maintain accurate records, and generate insightful recruitment reports.
  • System & Process Support: Manage recruitment approvals and support the use of recruitment software tools.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and external candidates to deliver a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team & hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Education/Qualification

  • Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator preferred

  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
