Helps challenge existing ways of working constructively, supporting teams to move towards simpler and more effective processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement Works as a transformation partner across the BSC, Digital, and wider Group, supporting collaboration and shared ownership of change. Engages with a range of stakeholders, including project and product teams, to support alignment with agreed future-state designs.
