The Heidelberg Materials (HM) International Business Service Centre (BSC) provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in-scope HM companies.

The Process Transformation Coordinator provides practical, day-to-day support to Project Managers and Senior Analysts working on transformation, reengineering, and automation initiatives within the BSC. The role focuses on completing defined tasks, maintaining project information, and supporting coordination activities to enable successful project delivery. This position offers an entry point into project delivery and transformation, with close guidance and development from more senior project colleagues.

Key accountabilities
  • Process & Change Support
    • Supports the gathering of information, data, and evidence to inform process analysis and improvement activities.
    • Assists with process documentation, testing activities, and preparation of user materials, under guidance.
    • Helps ensure project outputs, documents, and artefacts are stored, maintained, and controlled in line with agreed standards.
  • Project Administration & Task Delivery
    • Completes allocated project tasks under the direction of a Project Manager, Transformation Manager, or Senior Transformation Analyst.
    • Maintains project documentation, including trackers, action logs, and meeting records.
    • Supports updates to project plans, milestones, and reporting materials.
    • Ensures project information is accurate, current, and shared appropriately in line with agreed ways of working.
  • Meeting & Coordination Support
    • Supports the organisation of project meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
    • Tracks actions and follows up with owners to support timely completion.
    • Coordinates inputs, data, and materials required for workshops, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Supports communication with stakeholders by sharing updates, materials, and actions as directed by the project team.
    • Acts as a reliable first point of contact for routine project queries and requests.
    • Escalates questions, issues, or risks to the appropriate project or transformation lead.
  • Learning & Development
    • Develops an understanding of basic project management principles, tools, and transformation approaches.
    • Follows agreed project delivery methodologies, templates, and controls.
    • Actively seeks feedback and learning opportunities to build capability, confidence, and experience in transformation delivery.
